Belltown
Located between the Retail Core and Seattle Center, Belltown contains much of Downtown Seattle’s residential base. Belltown is home to many of Downtown’s hottest restaurants, bars and nightclubs. When the lights go down, head to Belltown for entertainment.

Capitol Hill
Capitol Hill is the most densely populated neighborhood in all of Seattle. Denny Triangle

First Hill
First Hill is literally Seattle’s first neighborhood where pioneer families

International District
The neighborhood just east of Pioneer Square is where generations of Asian immigrants first arrived in Seattle. Pioneer Square
Located at the south end of Downtown and just north of Safeco Field and the

South Lake Union
Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood spans north from Denny Way to the southern shores of Lake Union and is bound by I-5 on the east and Highway 99 on the west. Once full of warehouses and light industrial buildings, South Lake Union is fast becoming the hub for Seattle’s biotech community. Additionally, Amazon will soon open its brand new Seattle campus in South Lake Union.
