DSA Welcomes New Officers, Trustees

DSA marked the beginning of its new year on July 1st with the introduction of new officers and members to the Board of Trustees. Together, the board is finalizing priorities for the new year, including continued focus on building consensus on an alternative to the Alaskan Way Viaduct and efforts to advance Downtown Seattle’s competitive edge in the region.
In his first official duty as 2008-09 DSA Board Chair, Patrick Gordon addressed the crowd at the 50 th Annual Event, recounting warm memories of Downtown. Gordon’s passion for the City is shared by the board’s new officers and trustees as they take on major challenges facing the Downtown core in the coming year.
